Restructuring and optimization of databases with up to 800 properties and 250 internal and external users

  • Inconsistant nomenclatures (Charge Codes, Units, Properties, several Lables)

Installed Measures

  • Defining consistent, system wide nomenclatures (e.g. speaking unit nomenclature e.g. OF01002 = Office, 1st Floor, Unit 002)
  • Creating User & Menu Concept incl. restrictive permissions
  • Installing Yardi Voyager workflows (e.g. PO/Invoice Register WF, Lease activation WF, Vendor creation WF) to ensure database compliance and reduce the fraud risk
  • Completing Property setup and Lease Data setup to enable automated correspondence
  • Analyze basic data and identify and clear data redundancies.
  • Install processes to avoid future data redundancies

Business outcome

  • Time savings because of user friendly, transparent and fitted menus for each user group/department
  • Time savings because of system wide consistent and speaking nomenclature &
  • Time savings because of automated correspondence to tenants and vendors
  • Increased data quality after detailed analysis and implementation of workflows consisting a at least four eye principle
